Senior Medical Secretary - Dr Joylene Rentsch, RheumatologistDr Joylene Rentsch, Consultant Rheumatologist, and Associate Professor Robert Love, Specialist Plastic Surgeon, are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and experienced specialist medical secretary to work in a senior role in a small, busy and friendly combined practice.Their rooms are in character premises in West Perth, where off street parking is provided.Patient care is a paramount priority to the practice. The successful applicant should have a sincere and empathetic manner, diligence to attend to patient related tasks and an understanding of the responsibility accepted in joining the team. Familiarity with Genie medical practice software is expected.Pay scale will be dependent upon experience.Duties include:General secretarial and office administrationMedical typing (70-100 wpm, knowledge of medical terminology), filing, scanning and attaching to patient filesAssisting patient enquiries, Medicare and private billingLiaising with medical, radiology and pathology practices, and PBS authority servicesFlexibility and initiative to complete other duties to ensure the smooth running of an efficient, friendly medical practiceFlexibility to cover leave of our current Medical Secretary is preferred.Please direct your application via Seek to Dr Joylene Rentsch.
