Your future role: In this newly created role the successful candidate will be in charge of the development and implementation of the Robotics – Automation onsite.
The Robot will support Spot Welding activities onsite with our X'Trapolis 2.0 project.
The X'Trapolis 2.0 trains will provide more reliable journeys, better passenger information, and improved accessibility, energy efficiency and comfort.
This is a full time permanent role.
A bit about your new role: Support the Automation & Robotic Leader in new robotic cell integration Lead and support development of standards and program structure Propose improvement of robotic assets, process optimization Responsible to put in operation the robotic cells Support maintenance team in troubleshooting Definition of technical specification for new installation / new machine functionality Carry out the functional analysis of the installation & support integrator in this task Ensure all automation safety for automation systems are assessed and in place Master robotic programs provided by the suppliers Define upgrades on existing equipment (process improvement, mitigation of machine weaknesses, etc …) Be able to modify / qualify new robotic programs based on production need (dry runs, offline simulation) Support integrators in new project implementation (documentation review, PFMEA, project follow-up,etc…) Participate to Design Review for new robotic project installation Participate to the machine acceptance test (all functionality tests) Be able to adjust machine settings & make cell calibration Make simulation of new 3D cell via offline programming Define robotic operator training strategy, competency requirement (operator training, basic programming training) Training program for Operators (Internal/External) All about you: Experience on implementation of automated and robotic lines on industrial environments Experience managing complex projects Knowledge of welding and/or surface treatment special processes We value passion and attitude over experience.
