The purpose of this role is to lead the assurance and governance processes related to property supplier management within the organization.
This role involves designing and implementing assurance programs, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, and establishing governance frameworks to monitor and evaluate the performance of suppliers.

You'll be responsible for:
Establish and maintain governance frameworks to monitor and evaluate the performance of suppliers and service providers.
Manage the assurance and governance function within the property service supplier team to ensure high standards of service delivery and compliance are achieved.
Review quality findings and ensure adherence to standards and regulations, taking corrective actions as necessary.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall performance and reliability of the property supply chain.
Identify and manage risks within the supply chain, implementing strategies to mitigate potential disruptions.
Minimum Requirements:
Strategic leadership experience in supplier management, supply chain operations, or related field.
Proven track record of driving performance improvement and cost optimization within a supply chain environment.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and standards related to property supply chain operations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers as well as the ability to provide solutions meeting stakeholder expectations.
