This is possible due to Hysata's unique combination of low capex and an ultrahigh system efficiency of 95% – a gigantic leap vs existing electrolysers which are at around 75%.
On the pathway to net-zero, green hydrogen is going to be a massive new multi-trillion-dollar global industry, of similar scale to today's natural gas industry.
With its world-beating technology and strong customer pull, Hysata is targeting becoming the leading global electrolyser player, with multi-gigawatt-scale manufacturing and putting a major dent in global emissions.
About the roleWe are seeking a Project Manager to work within the Balance of Plant Team to project manage an array of various scale of engineering projects.
You'll be joining a team of smart, driven, collaborative and highly dedicated individuals who love solving engineering challenges and who are excited to be fighting the climate crisis.
You'll report to the BOP Manager and work closely with other project managers and development teams to bring clarity and organisation to concurrent development projects, ensuring their timely execution and coordinating their co-dependencies.
Role responsibilitiesWork with the Balance of Plant Team to help co-ordinate schedules, internal and external interdependencies, program risks and opportunities;Co-ordinate the balance of plant schedules with the schedules of the other engineering teams, with the project management office;Manage development sprints for small projects within the team;Contribute to the development of Hysata's engineering and product development processes, such as design release and engineering change;Work with the teams to develop means for reducing critical path length without adding risk;Develop risk registers with the input of the engineering team, helping to prioritise engineering and development efforts; andContribute to the definition of Hysata's project management approach.What you'll bringAn engineering degree in chemical, mechanical or electrical engineering;Experience in engineering design, with experience in the process sector such as oil and gas, industrial gases or chemicals is preferred;Familiarisation with sprint/agile methodologies and interest in blending this with a waterfall approach to achieve excellence in project management;Proficiency with Microsoft Project and/or JIRA similar project management software;A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in recognised methodologies (I.e., PRINCE2 or PMBOK &/or willingness to undertake professional development to achieve accreditation;Excellent oral and written communication skills; andExcellent stakeholder management skills.What we offer Idyllic Beachside Location;Stock options;Salary Sacrifice into Superannuation;Flexible working conditions;Recognition of Service;Wellness Allowance;EAP through Sonder;Novated Leasing;Employee Discount Program through Flare; andAwesome work environment and teamIf you don't tick every box in this ad, please don't rule yourself out just yet.
