Deloitte's Internal Audit, Risk Management and Controls team informs and educates clients on their risk, providing them with assurance over the full range of risks across their business.

Being part of our team gives you a national and global platform to build your brand.As a senior member of the team, focussed on Risk and Advisory services, you will:Play a passionate and meaningful role in developing the careers of team members by enhancing their governance, risk, control and assurance capabilitiesAdvise clients on their governance, risk and control frameworks and operating modelsPlan, lead and deliver a range of assurance engagements in the public, corporate and financial sectors, that help organisations uplift their governance, risk and control environmentPresent insights and recommendations to Senior Management and Executive stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to enhance risk management and internal audit practicesMange projects with responsibility for quality, client service and project financialsInvest time building relationships and profile in the market and in the FirmContribute to the development of the business by supporting pursuit of new opportunitiesEnough about us.
Let's talk about you.To be considered for this opportunity, your experience will include:Experience in an internal audit, advisory or consulting roleExcellent coaching and ability to mentor colleagues and build internal relationshipsExcellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to make the complex simpleExperience in workshop facilitation and making these workshops interactive, client centred, and action focusedProven experience in delivering reports, proposals and presentationsExperience in building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholdersExperience reviewing, designing and implementing governance / risk frameworks and operating modelsExperience in designing processes and governance (oversight) of those processesTertiary level qualification in a discipline with relevant professional accreditationIt is preferable that you have experience in mining, oil & gas, healthcare, utilities or financial services sectors and/or have relevant professional services experience.Why Deloitte?At Deloitte, we focus our energy on interesting and impactful work .
