Detailed Job DescriptionThe Business Solutions Coordinator is responsible for driving a consistent approach to transformation across ADF Careers, supporting the National Business Solutions Manager in the designing, mapping and implementing of business transformation solutions.
This role is responsible for coordinating business transformation activities and resources to ensure the business is supported and delivery is on time and aligned with the expectations of key stakeholders.
You will: Coordinate business solution related activities and resources to deliver outstanding results.Manage the administrative processes associated with business systems related transformation activities.Support the Business Solutions Manager in coordinating meetings, engagement sessions, business updates, presentation material, and other required coordination.Maintain business solution reporting, providing updates as requested/required.Build proactive stakeholder relationships to identify opportunities for process improvement to maximise stakeholder satisfaction.Ensure a consistent approach to business solution, in line with the transformation strategy.Maintain and apply industry best practice on project reporting and administration.Candidate's ProfileIf you have worked in a similar position or just looking for your next opportunity that will make an impact, we want to speak with you.
Your background will demonstrate: Ability to coordinate and track project tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.Maintaining detailed project documentation, including timelines, action items, and progress reports.Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and find innovative solutions during the transformation process.Clear and effective communication, both verbally and in writing, to convey complex information to diverse audiences.Organising and scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring follow-up on action items.Assisting with the coordination of cross-functional teams, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned with project goals.To apply for this position, you must be an Australian citizen and have the ability to maintain an Australian AGSVA security clearance.
