What You'll Be Doing
Client Management : Build and nurture relationships with a diverse portfolio, including mum & dad businesses, SMEs, and international clients , providing strategic advice and answering queries.
Review Work : Focus on review-level tasks and ensuring high-quality deliverables across business services compliance and assisting with ad hoc advisory and client queries.
Team Leadership : Delegate and review the work of the offshore team , maintaining efficiency and high standards.
Direct Collaboration : Work closely with and report directly to the Partner, and other divisions, benefiting from mentorship and insight.
What You'll Need
5+ years of experience in public practice accounting, with relevant qualifications (CA/CPA).
Strong knowledge of business services compliance and advisory Proven experience liaising with clients and delivering exceptional service.
Leadership skills with a focus on team development and collaboration.
Familiarity with Xero Practice Manager software is a bonus.
