Our client is a global leader in property development, with offices across multiple countries.
They specialise in medium and high-density developments, creating socially sustainable communities.
Known for delivering exceptional quality and having a stellar industry reputation, they are a trusted name in the real estate market.
About the Role
As part of their flagship development on the North Shore, you will be responsible for selling off-the-plan apartments.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Coordinating valuations, inspections, and settlements Assisting with sales events and functions Managing defect reports and liaising with builders for resolutions Maintaining proactive communication with customers on queries and complaints Administering Customer Care and CRM calendars Providing detailed information about unit features and building specifications Conducting sales research, competitor analysis, and preparing reports for management Collaborating with the Marketing team to align sales and marketing objectives Managing the sales display and assisting in sales strategy development Reviewing stock layouts, product designs, and finishes Achieving sales targets while ensuring customer service standards are met Reporting on sales activities and managing relationships with external sales agents Overseeing daily operations of the sales suite, including lead management and CRM database Skills & Experience
To be considered for this role, you should have experience selling off-the-plan developments.
Other key requirements include:
Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License Experience in Project Sales Proven ability to meet sales targets and deadlines Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience in generating and managing sales leads Ability to work weekends with two days off during the week How to Apply
