Senior Liability Claims Specialist

Well established, Innovative and Tech Savvy Insurance Provider Hybrid work arrangement, 3 days in office, 2 from home Future opportunity to grow and lead your own Liability claims team Our client is an established technology led Insurtech Underwriting agency, dedicated to providing exceptional products and services.
As they continue to expand, they are seeking a Senior Liability Claims Specialist to join the team.
Reporting to an experienced Claims Team Manager, you will be managing complex Liability claims, including Property Damage and Personal Injury cases, ensuring accurate evaluation, prompt resolution, and compliance with regulatory standards as well as: Handling a portfolio of high-volume Liability claims from initial notification Maintaining clear, professional communication with the brokers, providing guidance and updates on the claim status and outcomes.
Conducting detailed investigations into Liability claims involving Personal Injury or Property damage.
Compliance and reporting on the claims On Offer: A genuine hybrid working arrangement An opportunity for professional growth and career advancement Being part of a collaborative and supportive work environment Working with quality accounts with high-performing colleagues who will support and work with you to serve the client's best interest Ideally you will have: Proven experience in Liability claims, with a focus on Personal Injury/and or Property damage.
Strong knowledge of insurance policy interpretation, liability laws, and claims investigation techniques.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
