Our client, a leader of integrated services, requires an experienced Oracle HCM Solution Architect for a 12-month contract based near Macquarie Park.

As the Oracle HCM Solution Architect, your role will be to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of the Oracle HCM solution.
This role is pivotal in driving their HR transformation project and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements for Oracle HCM solutions.Design end-to-end Oracle HCM architectures, including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Labor modules.Lead implementation and migration projects, ensuring best practices and compliance with industry standards.Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, providing technical guidance and strategic insights.Develop detailed technical specifications, integration plans, and system configurations.Work closely with development teams to oversee customizations, enhancements, and integrations with other enterprise systems.Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.Stay updated with Oracle HCM Cloud advancements and recommend innovative solutions to improve HR processes.To succeed in this role you will have: Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and on-premises HCM solutions.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven track record of leading Oracle HCM implementation projects in complex enterprise environments.In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Talent Management, and others.Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.Expertise in integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP APIs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.Oracle HCM certification(s) is a plus.A hybrid work environment consisting of 3 days in the office, 2 days from home is on offer.
