Join I-MED as a proactive Security Operations Engineer, responsible for managing day-to-day security operations to protect I-MED's physical and digital assets.
You will implement security technologies, tools, and procedures, working with IT, legal teams, and vendors to enhance security measures and ensure regulatory compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and resolve security incidents, ensuring swift restoration of services and high service standards.Log, track, and resolve incidents in the IT Helpdesk system.Investigate and report security breaches, aiming to reduce incidents and improve compliance.Identify, address, and mitigate security vulnerabilities across systems.Deploy and monitor security software and hardware.Test systems, develop policies, and ensure regulatory compliance.Assist in delivering security-related projects on time and within scope.Build strong relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors.Serve as the central communication point during critical incidents.Promote security awareness and teamwork.Qualifications & SkillsTertiary qualifications in IT or related fields (desirable).At least 3 years of experience in IT Support / Security, ideally in a Mission Critical IT or healthcare environment.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to work in a 24 / 7 on-call rotation.What We OfferSupportive work environment focused on professional growth.Opportunities to impact security operations in a healthcare setting.Competitive salary and benefits package.About UsI-MED Radiology Network is Australia and New Zealand's largest diagnostic imaging network, offering medical imaging and radiology services including x-ray, PET, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Mammography, and interventional procedures.
