QCS has a customer base of market-leading sites across the Greater Sydney area, including several household brands in the Food and Beverage Sector.

Due to sustained business growth, an exciting new opportunity has become available for a Controls & Automation Engineer to join our team.
We are seeking a highly driven & capable engineer with a positive outlook, who wants to succeed, learn new things & put their skills to good use.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting customers with optimising processes and machinery through automation.
Supporting customers in hitting their operational & reliability targets through high-level, quality site support, as well as through the delivery of robust engineering solutions & capital projects.
Developing code across multiple PLC platforms both in ad-hoc & reactive circumstances, as well as in controlled and structured projects.
Programming and configuring field devices & hardware.
Maintaining and promoting strong customer relationships.
Managing your time efficiently to meet deadlines & be as productive as possible.
Fault finding control system issues.

Have a positive disposition and attitude to work and life.
Keen to learn & further your skills.
Practical experience with PLC, HMI and SCADA systems.
Rockwell & Siemens is highly regarded.
Strong customer focus and communication skills.
Ability and willingness to jump in the deep end.
Experience in an (automation) engineering role.
Strong cause-effect analytical abilities to solve problems.
Ability to work as part of a team & autonomously.
Willingness to travel for work.
Willingness to work (some) overtime.
Excited by the prospect of growing with an Australian Independent Systems Integrator.
Bonus points if you have an Electrical License.
