As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Practice & HR Manager to join our team and drive our human resources strategy, as well as manage the day-to-day running of the office.
Everest Wealth specialises in Financial Planning for Millennial & Gen Z clients, with referrals from She's on the Money, Glen James & Rask podcasts.
We are a young & dynamic team with flexible working arrangements and the ability for growth in your role.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
Provide guidance and support to management and staff on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Administer compensation, benefits, and performance appraisal programs to ensure they are competitive and fair.
Maintain HR records and employee data, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Support the leadership team in strategic planning and business development initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources management role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
