Full TimeWant to work for Australia's leader in 4x4 Suspension?Are you looking for an exciting challenge, in a newly built workshop and brand new purpose-built workplace?Due to strong growth, Superior Engineering is looking for a Customer Relations and Admin Officer to join their team, in their headquarters at Burpengary, North Brisbane, QLD (roughly 1hr north of Brisbane City).The CompanySuperior Engineering has become one of the best known, premium 4X4 accessories and 4WD suspension parts manufacturers and suppliers in Australia.
We manufacture and supply a huge range of 4X4 products, accessories and suspension parts for almost every type of four wheel drive vehicle on the market.The RoleSuperior Engineering is seeking an Experienced Customer Relations / Admin Officer.
The position is based at Burpengary.Duties will include, but are not limited to: answering customer enquiries and responding to emails, following up the status of orders/products and communicating this to customers, following up manufacturing timelines, processing purchase orders, liaising with suppliers and freight companies, and supporting the sales staff.Key ResponsibilitiesExperience in the following is a MUST: intermediate Word, Excel & Outlook skills, excellent computer skills, 4WD parts and accessories knowledge (advantageous), manufacturing processes and timeline experience (advantageous), and customer service skills (phone and face to face).The successful applicant must be capable of working under pressure in a high-paced environment, whilst being able to multi-task and be a confident speaker, who is organised and delivers exceptional customer service and is prepared to go the extra mile to keep our customers happy.About YouThe successful applicant will ideally have a minimum of 2 years in a similar role, a strong understanding of customer requirements, good manners, and must be able to quickly learn our EMS computer program.This is a Permanent Full-Time position except for a 6 month probation period (which may be extended).The ApplicationNormal working hours are Monday to Friday from 7.00am to 4.30pm, which includes overtime hours and penalty rates.
Some Saturdays are required from 8am to 12pm, which is paid at overtime rates.The position is available to start immediately, but this is not a requirement depending on the successful applicant.
