Our commitment to excellence and sustainability sets us apart, and we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team and help drive the success of our earthworks projects.
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Project Manager with expertise in earthworks including shoring, to oversee and manage the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering or construction management, combined with experience managing large-scale earthworks projects.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage earthworks projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Develop project plans, timelines, and cost estimates.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
Conduct site inspections and oversee the day-to-day operations of the site.
Ensure the effective use of resources and equipment on the project.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
Identify and mitigate risks to project timelines and budgets.
Maintain and enforce safety protocols and environmental standards at all times.
Handle project documentation, contracts, and permits as required.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on earthworks or civil construction.
Strong knowledge of earthworks processes, including Demolition, excavation and shoring.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in project management software (e.g.
Civil Cad blue beam, Procore, etc.).
Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
