About the role
As the Commercial Manager, you will spearhead the Front of Wall (FOW) project, taking the lead on launching new products into the market.
Your remit will include developing and mentoring the team, working with key stakeholders, and implementing best practices and KPIs to ensure the project's success.
You'll manage supplier contracts, engage with architects, and leverage your industry expertise to identify opportunities and value-add solutions.
Key Responsibilities Lead the FOW project, facilitating product launches and market entry.Mentor and upskill existing team members.Collaborate closely with key stake holders.Develop contracts with suppliers and conduct market analysis on mid-to-high-end competitor products.Engage with architects to design and brief products that align with client needs.Build new opportunities and drive product demand nationally.Ensure the implementation of best practices and track KPIs for project success. Skills and Experience Extensive experience in the building and construction industry is essential.A strong network of industry contacts, nationally.A leadership style that fosters collaboration, mentorship, and team development.A natural leader with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing opportunities.Adept at working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with open communication.Results-oriented and driven to deliver outcomes aligned with business goals.
