Reporting to the Project Manager, you will lead a team of developers in creating robust applications using C# and .NET technologies.
Your responsibilities will include:Leading the development of a C#-based, n-tier enterprise software system, ensuring it meets organisational standards and requirementsDeveloping automated build and deployment scripts utilising tools such as Team Foundation Server (TFS), PowerShell, and FinalBuilderCollaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders to swiftly resolve issues in both production and development environmentsMentoring team members in agile development methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvementManaging the product backlog in partnership with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to ensure alignment with organisational prioritiesThe Ideal PersonYou thrive in dynamic environments where your technical expertise and leadership skills can make a tangible impact.
With a background in software development, particularly in C# and .NET Core, you have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
