BAM BAM Pile Driving Pty Ltd – Gladstone QLD The Piling and Drilling Supervisor oversees the initial construction phase of our projects.
In this middle management role, they lead a team of up to 40 skilled workers in all aspects of pile installation, focusing on compliance, quality, and productivity.
They are also in charge of coordinating the workforce and ensuring machinery maintenance and repairs to minimize any disruptions to the construction schedule.
Ideally, you're someone who… is an experienced Supervisor in the solar farm construction industry with high-level leadership, time management, and people skills.

Salary: $90-$120k p.a.

Main duties and responsibilities: Lead a crew of up to 40 peopleOversee all activities relating to pile installation (survey, drilling, backfill, piling)Monitor and report productivity rates and progressEnsure compliance with quality standardsProvide training and coaching to operatorsCoordinate machine repairs and maintenance in cooperation with fleet managementContinuous improvement to safety and qualityExperience/Qualifications: Min 2 years experience as a Supervisor within solar farm constructionMin 3 years experience with piling/drilling equipmentUnrestricted full driver's licenseWhite CardOther operator tickets (e.g., Telehandler, Skid steer, Forklift and truck)First Aid CertificateWho we are: At Bam Bam Pile Driving, we are not just experts in small to large-scale solar farms, but we are also deeply committed to the people who make our work possible: our team, our clients, and our community.
