The Opportunity:
Our client is a specialist in the design of urban development / land development / subdivision projects servicing a variety of development interests. They are seeking an experienced senior engineer with a strong background in design of residential, commercial and industrial subdivision developments to take the lead on some of these projects.
They pride themselves on the delivery of innovative, practical and sustainable solutions which meet their client objectives. They also offer a collaborative, professional and inclusive culture and are offering an excellent career development opportunity for the right person.
With continued growthin the sector and the awarding of exciting projects, they are keen to speak with Civil Engineers passionate about the land development sector to join their growing Civil's team on the Sunshine Coast.
Requirements: 7+ years of experience in urban land development design.Experience and exposure to design management, bids/tender development and people management.RPEQ Certification or the ability to obtain this.Good understanding of 12D design.Involvement on a variety of urban development projects.Manage design projects, bids/tenders and project manage significant urban development projects.Mentor and develop junior engineers.Drive innovative and sustainable urban design.Embrace ahybrid work environment with options for work-from-home and flexible schedules.
