Property and Business Development ManagerMeriton has designed, developed and built more than 78,000 award winning apartments and some of the tallest residential towers across the east coast of Australia.
Meriton offers sales, leasing and property management services, as well as the luxury hotel accommodation brand Meriton Suites with 23 locations nationwide.
As we are expanding our business in Brisbane and Gold Coast, a position has become available for a Property and Business Development Manager for our QLD Office for Meriton's Property Management and Leasing division.
In this role you will work closely with the National Business Development Manager as well as work independently in QLD to manage properties and build new business.
Key responsibilities will include: Network, canvass and proactively prospect for new businessManage leads from the sales team and existing clientsBuild, maintain and administer a property management portfolio effectivelyDrive marketing initiatives and create advertising strategies for new rental propertiesLiaise and communicate with landlords and tenants.Required Skills and Experience: Must have current experience in Property Management with proof of strong Business Development.Ability to work independently within the guidelines as directed by the National Business Development Manager.Professional and driven approach to successA proactive work attitude with strong customer service focusYou must hold an Assistant agent certificate or Class 2 Real Estate Agent's LicenseAbility to assist in growing the Property Management portfolio for yourself as well as the companyBe available to work on Saturday when requiredMust have your own reliable carWhat we offer: Base salary (will depend on experience) + excellent commission structure designed to maximize earning potential.Fantastic opportunity to work for a highly successful brandConstant training and excellent career progression.A range of benefits such as novated leasing, accommodation discounts and more.Vehicle allowance and work phoneDue to the nature of this role, candidates with the relevant local experience, qualifications and Australian citizenship/permanent residency will be considered.
