Sign up for our job alert to be informed about our latest job opportunities.Job no: 493910 Work type: Full time Location: Moree Categories: Registered Nurse Reporting to the Residential Service Manager (RSM), you will bring your strong clinical experience to manage and drive clinical services to ensure positive outcomes for our clients, ensuring compliance with national aged care standards, infection control, and understanding of AnAcc.You will provide crucial support to the RSM through your strong leadership qualities, people management experience, and business acumen to assist in driving results to meet financial and budgetary goals while fostering a culture of service-based employee learning and development, safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork.You are looking to step up into your next role having worked in a Senior RN or Clinical Coordinator position, or you have previously worked in a deputy position but are seeking your next role in a new environment.
Our team in Moree currently has a permanent full-time position available for a Care Services Manager to join our 96-bed aged care residence, and we would love for you to consider joining our team.In addition to the above, you will also have:Relevant degree or tertiary qualification in nursingCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered NursePrior experience in the Aged Care industry (preferred) in a senior clinical and supervisory/management position.Intermediate experience using a variety of software programs such as AutumnCare (or similar), along with experience using Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.First Aid CertificateCurrent NDIS Worker Check - NDISWC (or willing to obtain)WHAT WE OFFERAt Whiddon, we provide our people with benefits that will enhance their experience.
