The Role Senior Retail Sales Assistants cultivate an energetic and welcoming retail and team working environment, working alongside our production and custom design teams to provide an exceptional customer experience. Key Attributes & Experience Minimum 1+ years' experience in fashion retail. Passionate about jewellery and fashion with an understanding of luxury goods. Experienced in online and brick-and-mortar retail, with a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences. Great attention to detail. Exceptional communication and organisational skills. Ability to adapt quickly and with positivity to new or changing circumstances. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Enthusiastic, warm and positive. ResponsibilitiesUphold a high level of customer service in-store and online. Complete routine operational tasks to ensure a presentable and organised boutique. Act as supervisor for the retail boutique as needed. Ensure online order fulfilment and online customer service is completed in a professional and timely manner. Support team members to achieve team goals. Apply a positive and proactive approach to customer service and problem solving. Create an energetic and inviting retail and team-working environment, encouraging team members to do the same. Work with the workshop and custom design teams to support the jewellery workshop and foster successful customer experiences. Working with By Baby People come first at By Baby. We provide opportunities for career growth and support your development. This is a full-time role, working solely in our James Street boutique in Fortitude Valley (Brisbane, QLD). Regular working roster Sunday-Thursday. Retail sales experience is essential. We want to meet you Applications accepted only in person for this role.
