Job Title Ashurst Reach Legal Consultant – Technology - Melbourne Location Melbourne Description The Opportunity: 3-6 months Full time Melbourne This is an opportunity to join an organisation in the sporting and entertainment sector Build your portfolio legal career with this well-known business About You: You are a senior IT specialist You have experience with contract reviews requiring substantive negotiations You have experience with SaaS, infrastructure agreements and cloud based work You may be a strong generalist who is familiar with IT contracts You may have industry experience (preferred, but not essential) You have the ability to be a doer and are confident being on the tools You have the ability to hit the ground running and work closely with a fast paced team You have a minimum of 10 years' experience You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business You have a current practising certificate You have the right to live and work in Australia Ashurst Reach: Ashurst Reach is Ashurst's dedicated flexible legal resourcing platform which provides the firm's clients and Practice Groups within the firm with access to a high quality talent pool of lawyers and paralegals.
