Security Supervisor - Melbourne CBD Location Founded in 2011 with a vision of providing high-performing customer-centric services in Retail Security, Security services, Cleaning, and maintenance management.
We are seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to lead our site security team and ensure a safe and secure environment for our employees and visitors.
The successful candidate will work on a rotational roster in an iconic location in the city of Melbourne, demonstrating a high level of customer service and integrity.
The roles are available in full-time capacity.
About the role
The successful incumbent will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and patrons.
The candidate will have the flexibility to work on a rotating roster, which includes nights and weekends.
Previous large corporate or gatehouse industry experience is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily security operations and personnel management.
Develop and implement security protocols and procedures.
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Train and mentor security staff, fostering a culture of safety and vigilance.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, investigations, and safety drills.
Access control and CCTV monitoring.
Site safety inductions.
Day-to-day general security duties.

Skills and experience
Fully qualified and licensed for Security Operations in Victoria.
Minimum of 5 years experience in the Security Industry.
Ability to work on a rotational roster.
Certification in security management or related fields is a plus.
First Aid/CPR certification is required.
Current First Aid Certification.
Hold a valid driver's license.
Proven spoken and written communication skills.
Proven experience within the Security Industry and demonstrate best practices security standards.
Access to reliable transport.
Passion and drive to succeed.
Flexible to the ever-changing needs of the industry.
Able to work in a team.
Desire to advance and upskill.
LOCATION:
The position is located in Melbourne, VIC.
