As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.
You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

57 place centre Queenslander style centre constructed in 1986.
A beautiful home-like, three-room, open plan boutique centre.
Float role in junior rooms 4 hours of additional non-contact time allocated to Educational Leader duties Our centre director Emily Ross has been at the centre since 2017.
Goodstart Clayfield was a finalist in WasteSMART Kindy award in 2020.

Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards Current QLD Working with Children Check If you have previous experience leading change in education and have either a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education), a Diploma qualification or ACECQA approved equivalent, then we'd love to talk to you about which of our amazing opportunities would be the best fit for you.
