Job Description:

As the Head of Restaurants and Projects, you will play a crucial role in the company's success.
You will be responsible for leading the restaurant's operation, ensuring customer satisfaction, and boosting staff morale.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will also handle communications with the community, local media, staff, guests, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the operations of high-turnover restaurants and eateries.

Drive customer satisfaction and maintain high standards of service.

Enhance staff morale and foster a positive working environment.

Oversee new restaurant openings and ensure successful launches.

Communicate effectively with the community, local media, staff, guests, and management.

Ensure the overall success and profitability of the company.
