Your duties will involve:
Drill rig servicing and breakdownsUp to 11kv reticulationInstallation of fan, pump and jumbo startersMaintenance on fans, pumps and ventsCommunications installations and maintenance (where needed)Sandvik Auto Mine installs and network configurations (training on offer)Equipment audits and statutory checksWorking UG for the shift in hot and humid conditionsFIFO/ DIDOGreat opportunity to secure a role on an 8:6/ 7:7 roster (days and nights) from Brisbane or Townsville or alternatively DIDO from Mount Isa or Cloncurry.
Days - Tuesday morning flight to site, return home around 5pm on Tuesday (FIFO in company time)Nights - Tuesday evening start, fly home Tuesday morning (FIFO in your own time)Charter flight from Townsville to CloncurryCommercial flight from Brisbane to CloncurryBus in bus out from the airport to siteThe siteLocated in North QLD at a 30-minute bus ride from Cloncurry, the site offers newly renovated sporting facilities, a wet mess, as well as ensuited and air-conditioned rooms.

UG mining experience is highly regarded however not essential.
Your skills and attributes will include:
Minimum of 1-3+ recent years working in heavy industry or miningStrong diagnostics and fault finding skillsBreakdowns and first response problem-solving skills on drills (highly regarded, not essential)Sandvik AutoMine experience (highly regarded, not essential)High attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality resultsAbility to work autonomously and in a team environmentExcellent attitude towards work and safetyNext stepsApplications are being reviewed to move through to a registration with Marble Team Mining ASAP.
