As an acknowledged authority within Oracle, this senior level consulting position is responsible for creating and implementing innovative solutions with industry-wide impact.
Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated solutions within constraints of time and budget.
With the dynamic and ambitious impacts on Organisations locally and globally, Boards and CEO's are looking to CFOs to realign their Finance strategy with the organisation's new strategic long-term goals and be agile to adapt in the new normal.
Our vision is to enable CFO's to transform their Finance function and support them in delivering a reimagined Finance services – from finance strategy, process optimisation, technology enablement, realignment of their financial structure and reskilling the finance team.
Working closely as a trusted advisor to CFOs you will support them in their digital transformation journey.
Demonstrating your deep expertise in finance and ERP systems, you will help our customer's leadership team identify key business challenges and develop solutions and pathways to deliver value to the organisation through an Oracle Fusion platform.
About the role As an integral part of our Consulting team located in Australia, you will lead the solution stream of large-scale ERP/Finance transformation projects in Oracle Fusion.
As part of this role, you will:
Bring strong finance functional knowledge, expertise and proprietary tools to every client situationLead and develop strategic client relationships while ensuring the highest quality client workOperate as a part of an Oracle Consulting squad to deliver the finance stream of an ERP transformation project with our customersApply leadership skills to work with onshore and offshore resources to drive quality outcomesCollaborate in the ongoing creation of transformation IPShare your industry knowledge and transformation experience with the larger OC teamCoach and mentor Oracle Consulting team membersFoster and provide thought leadership in finance transformation for OC ANZEnsure adoption and benefit realisation for our customers undertaking the transformation journeyHave the ERP/Finance implementation expertise to lead the solution stream of major digital transformations in cloudAbout Consulting Oracle Consulting is all about partnering with our clients, understanding and analysing our clients' business challenges, and then finding opportunities to bring value to their business and drive transformation using Oracle technology solutions.
