Your New Role As a Road Designer, your role will include:
Road Design Using 12D Software: Develop and refine road designs, alignments, and profiles using 12D modeling software to meet project specifications and standards.Conceptual and Detailed Design: Create both preliminary and detailed design solutions for urban, rural, and highway road projects.Surface Modeling and Grading: Generate and manage 3D surface models, earthworks, and grading designs.Drainage Design Integration: Incorporate stormwater drainage systems into road designs, including culverts, gutters, and swales, ensuring compliance with hydrological requirements.Cross-Section and Pavement Design: Prepare cross-sectional designs and specify pavement layers, materials, and thicknesses.Design Documentation: Produce high-quality design documentation, including plans, sections, schedules, and reports, for client approval and construction.Compliance with Standards: Ensure designs adhere to relevant local and international design codes, safety standards, and regulations.What you'll Need to Succeed To be successful in this role you will need:
