With a focus on human-centered design and continuous improvement, you will ensure that Suncorp remains at the forefront of AI developments and deliver meaningful, future-proof solutions that impact customer and employee experiences.Are you an accomplished innovation or design thinking professional thinking about how businesses can continue to stay abreast of AI developments and the profound societal, digital, workforce, and technology changes that are coming, and their likely impact on commerce?
This is the role that will put you at the forefront of the conversation on innovation and AI.What You'll DoChampion AI usage across teams, advocate for accessible AI tools, and support skill-building initiatives.Support the CTO & AI function in executing Suncorp's AI roadmap, focusing on customer problem-solving through human-centered design principles.Organise and lead AI workshops, ideation sessions, and hackathons to generate and explore new AI applications.Work with leaders to bring external insights into Suncorp, driving fresh perspectives and exploring new AI opportunities.Manage the pipeline of AI innovation ideas, identifying concepts for testing and collaborating with the Innovation team on experiments.Support the team in delivering AI upskilling sessions.What You'll BringTertiary degree in a business-related field and a strong foundation in innovation, design thinking, and human-centered design.Proven expertise in innovation and design facilitation, with a background in agile principles and coaching teams in dynamic environments.Deep understanding of AI principles, ethical considerations, and industry best practices, with practical experience in generative AI applications.Ability to mentor, build relationships, and drive change with high adaptability and analytical skills.What we can offerDiscounts and offers on a range of retail favourite stores as well as insurance products.Give back to our communities with payroll giving, donation matching and paid volunteer leave.Invest in your brighter future with ongoing study support and career development programs.Prioritise your work/life balance with our robust employee assistance program and dedicated employee council.At Suncorp, we believe we are our best when our workforce is as diverse, talented, and passionate as the communities in which we live and operate, and where our people feel included, valued, and connected.
