Location: Barrow Island
Roster: 14/14
Indicative Term of Contract: 12 months (casual)

Chevron is seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our team in aFIFO (Fly-In, Fly-Out) role atBarrow Island .

The role is responsible for Construction management activities including managing key stakeholders, internal & external interfaces, contractor oversight, and effectively managing a productive worksite.
Activities such as the following:
Safety and Compliance:
Uphold HES policies and attend all required HES meetings.
Lead contractor safety management efforts; enforce safe work practices.
Implement and manage CoW permit system during construction.
Ensure compliance with contractor safety and quality programs.
Stakeholder and Contractor Oversight:
Monitor contractor performance viadaily reports, safety audits, and progress meetings .
Work with contractors todefine and communicate changes .
Review and endorse contractors'resource loading and execution schedules .
Site and Operations Management:
Collaborate with theOperations Science Analyst to maximize site productivity and resolve barriers.
Provideconstructability support to design teams and conduct pre-mobilization reviews.
Review and align contractorSIMOPS Plan and Permit-to-Work systems.
Control of Work (CoW) Oversight:
Identify and resolvegaps in CoW or Task Consequence Catalogue .
AlignPTW requirements with site execution plans.
