About the Role:This casual position supports our events team by preparing, maintaining and delivering safe events to a high standard and assisting the business with operational duties and tasks.
We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and self-driven Venue Operations Officers to assist in preparing the setup and pack down of events at our facility.
Key Responsibilities:Set up and pack down events according to Event Plans and Standard SetupsAdhere to Operational Risk guidelines and Standard Operational ProceduresAssist in venue changeovers in a timely and efficient mannerLiaise with supervisors, coordinators, and managers regarding event and general dutiesEnsure compliance with workplace guidelines, procedures, and legislationsAssist operations team to ensure setups and pack downs are completed safely and to a high standardHelp with general maintenance, placement, and movement of equipmentFlexibility to work a rotating roster is a must for the role including mornings, evenings, and weekendsWhy is this a great place to work?Great staff benefits including free parking, performance gym membership, discounts at SSCT food & beverage, retail outlets and complimentary court hire for casual bookings across the stadiumsFamily and friends' discounts on performance gym membershipDiscounts on holiday programs and creche for financial dependentsYou will be challenged daily and can develop yourself as a person as well as gaining valuable career skillsWe have a fantastic team of people who are great to work withOur mission is to help people to be excited about sport, engage in healthy activity and feel inspired to be their best.
