As a result, Hickory have become one of the most diverse property companies in Australia.POSITION OVERVIEWThe Investment Analyst plays a crucial role in guiding the company and advising the Investment Committee toward sound investment decisions and maximizing returns.
Reporting to the Investment Director, the role involves a range of activities in investments, asset management, fund management, portfolio management, assisting with capital raising efforts, and other ad hoc tasks that support the organization's objectives.
The Investment Analyst is responsible for developing and interpreting financial models, conducting thorough due diligence and market research, performing valuation analysis, and preparing investment documentation, presentations, and reports.
