Exciting opportunity in Brisbane One of our superannuation clients is seeking a skilled Information Security Specialist. This is the ideal opportunity for someone seeking a role that offers autonomy and the chance to unleash their full potential by contributing to the team's development of a robust GRC strategy. 12-month fixed term employment. Maternity leave cover. No option for extension. Brisbane based – 2 days/week WFH 145k to 155k inclusive (doe) Need full working rights in Australia – No sponsorship or transfer of sponsorship Scope: Ensure compliance with APRA CPS234, ISO27001, and other industry standards. Conduct security risk assessments and perform control testing. Provide risk guidance for IT projects, vendor risk management, and data governance. Manage the relationship with the MSSP (14 staff offshore). What we are looking for: +3 years' experience in GRC roles with a Secops background. Strong understanding of cyber security operations, risk management, and technical controls. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences. Practical experience in developing and applying security policies and standards. Knowledge of industry standards like ISO27001 and APRA CPS234.
