About the Opportunity
Australian Agribusiness is currently seeking a permanent full time Quality Assurance Coordinator to join the team at our Narangba site.
The primary purpose of this role is to support, and in some areas manage, the day-to-day operations of the QA department with particular emphasis on our quality management system, BOM management process, NPI system management and monitoring of quality compliance across all manufacturing sites of Australian Agribusiness.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

Management of quality master data in our ERP system
Management of document management system
Management of the New Product Introduction (NPI) Database
Managing the updating and creation of BOMs
Reviewing and updating of quality standards in consultation with the QA/QC Manager
Writing of procedures and work instructions to support our QMS
Managing the RI matrix under the supervision of the QA/QC Manager
Leading quality incident investigations and reporting including managing review meetings
Assisting in preparation of customer and regulatory audits and closeout any observations related to the QMS
Management of the Internal Audit programme under supervision from the QA/QC Manager
Conducting Internal audits where necessary
Coordinating and conducting Quality Training to relevant employees
Ensuring performance targets and accreditation standards are met and maintained.
About You
The successful candidate will possess:

Bachelor of Science or related field
Minimum 2 years' experience in a QA environment preferred
Knowledge of good manufacturing practices (GMP) preferred
Competent in handling product master data with attention to detail
Knowledge of Safe Laboratory Practices
Good communication skills with the ability to interact positively with all levels of the workforce, operational staff and management.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Advanced analytical and reporting skills.
Advanced Computer Skills – Excel, Word, Outlook, Sharepoint
