The Role
Located in Brisbane's CBD, our client - a well-respected Accounting Firm, seeks an experienced Administrator to join their team.
Providing specialist advice on a range of accounting services, you'll be supporting the Directors and team of Accountants from an administrative perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to Directors and Accounting team Provide recommendations regarding systems reviews and processes Provide support to reception and answering phones Onboard & set up new clients Preparation of tax invoices, manage petty cash, deposit cheques Assist in event management Preparation and collation of documents and reports Oversee and monitor lodgements General administration duties Overseeing workflow of Administration Assistant and Receptionist Key Skills & Requirements:
2+ years administration experience in a public practice accounting firm is essential Experience with ASIC & ATO portal Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) Benefits:
