We are seeking an early career professional to join our team.
The Proximity Consulting group provides astute advice and solutions on some of the most interesting and complex Commonwealth government programs and projects.
As part of the Consulting team, your eye for detail will enable you to support the team to achieve key outcomes for our government clients.
You will be working across many of our projects, getting exposure to diverse work and working with our team of advisors and experts.

This role is an exciting opportunity to:
Develop project management skills on complex government projectsUndertake project assurance, risk management, governance and develop business casesManage project budgets, timelines and outcomesSome of the responsibilities could include:
Project managing and driving project success by coordinating tasks, schedules, and resources and planning activitiesAssisting with stakeholder consultations: question development, synthesising feedback, developing, and analysing survey dataUndertaking document reviews and literature scans, discovery, assessmentsProject support: coordinate meetings, summarise actions, track progress/issues/risks, and produce status reportsResearch: synthesising complex document information, and provide desktop research to support the preparation of advice, reports, or presentationsWriting client documents: drafting reports, briefings, policies, and proceduresAs a Proximity team member, your role is that of a trusted sidekick – helping our clients' teams succeed by embracing the complexity and sensitivity of commercial law issues and knowing how to be helpful in the context of the public sector environment.
