About the opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Learning Business Partner with demonstrated success within a complex, diverse and evolving environment that can evidence their values based leadership and offer an authentic, engaging and agile character.
Working collaboratively with the Learning and Development Team, this position will partner with key stakeholders in Residential Aged Care to develop and deliver fit-for purpose education programs that improves workforce capability in aged care.
This position will be involved in developing contemporary learning and development solutions that contributes to the delivery of quality resident care.
A 12-month fixed-term role with hybrid working options Based in Victoria with travel to our Residential Aged Care Homes located in regional and metro areas with some interstate travel With excellent communication and writing skills, you will possess the ability to create engaging education programs that contribute to a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
About you: As a minimum, you must be a qualified Nurse with current AHPRA registration plus you will have completed a Cert IV in Training & Assessment or are willing to obtain a Cert IV within the first 12 months Passionate about engaging a diverse workforce in continuous learning What you'll bring: It takes a special kind of person to work in healthcare or community services.

Candidates are required to meet the position and qualification requirements.
