Job Description: As a Full Stack Developer specializing in the Microsoft Power Platform, you will design, develop, and maintain applications that streamline and enhance business operations.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll deliver scalable, secure, and robust solutions, driving the digital transformation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.

Leverage Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to create dynamic and effective business solutions.

Collaborate with project managers, designers, and developers to understand requirements and deliver innovative software.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code aligned with industry best practices.

Conduct testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure seamless user experiences.

Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications and user manuals.

Stay ahead of industry trends, exploring new technologies and best practices to improve software development processes.

Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to team members.

Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and promote knowledge-sharing within the team.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer in web and mobile application development.

Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React or Next.js.

Expertise in back-end development using languages like Java, Python, or Node.js.

Strong understanding of database systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB).

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

Deep understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform, including the ability to develop custom Power Apps and automate workflows with Power Automate.

Solid experience in system integration, API development, and microservices architecture.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Strong communication skills for effectively conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
