About the Role As Social Media Manager, you'll be part of a collaborative team, working alongside brand managers, designers, videographers, and copywriters.

Key responsibilities include: Strategy and Planning: Designing social media strategies to grow audiences and maximise engagement across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms like Pinterest.
Content Creation and Publishing: Leading the development and curation of video led, luxury-focused content, managing editorial calendars, and ensuring consistency across organic and paid campaigns.
Performance and Insights: Analysing engagement metrics, audience behaviour, and campaign performance to inform future strategies and achieve measurable ROI.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Working closely with global marketing teams, local markets, and external agencies to deliver campaigns aligned with brand goals.
What We're Looking For Social Media Expertise: A seasoned professional with experience managing platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.
A strong understanding of video led content and emerging trends is essential.
Luxury or Lifestyle Experience: Experience in travel, luxury, or lifestyle industries, with the ability to engage high value audiences.
Strategic and Creative Vision: A self-starter with the confidence to lead, innovate, and develop compelling, brand-aligned campaigns.
Analytical Approach: Proficiency with social media tools and analytics platforms, using data to drive decision making and optimise performance.
Collaborative Skills: Proven experience building relationships with stakeholders across different markets and managing agency partnerships.
