Memorial Advisor

Duties of a Memorial Advisor: Plaque Layouts - liaise with client familiesCremation follow up calls - Potential urn opportunities/memorial appointment with FSA or collectionAsh witness back up and support to FSA'sService requests - site or memorial requestsSite enquiries/find a loved oneSite marking back upComplaint follow up - initial support determines triaging level if required to escalateIncoming FSA calls - backup support and triaging to FSABook appointments for FSA - add to calendar, if ash collection order ash to officeCheck completed paperwork/compliance from FSA - ensure site photos uploaded to systemPre-need contracts - Client families servicingCreate and update FSA team tracking spreadsheet - Plaque status and witness detailsAbout you: Strong written and verbal communication skillsProven experience working in a customer service or administrative roleStrong organisational and time management skillsHighly organised with a strong attention to detailBenefits of joining InvoCare: You may not have considered this industry before, but we provide vital services to families that helps them to celebrate the lives of those they loved.
