Their focus is on quality over quantity, and they offer non-NDIS caseloads.
As an OT-owned and operated company, the needs of clinicians are understood and listened to, with the owner believing that work-life balance is fundamental to a business's success.
They offer a company car as well as the opportunity to work from home every day and have an experienced team of OTs.
The Role As an Occupational Therapist, you will primarily be dealing with an adult caseload, assisting people in transitioning from hospital to actively engaging in the community.
This caseload focuses on physical injuries, with some home modifications and wheelchair prescription involved.
