Job Category: Education, Childcare & TrainingConveniently located on Scottsdate Drive, Robina, this brand new Early Learning Centre has been custom-designed to meet the evolving learning needs of children six weeks to six years of age.As you enter our beautiful centre, you'll find our state-of-the-art Chef's kitchen and culinary lesson area, as well as our parent lounge where families can connect or meet with educators over fresh barista coffee and a baked treat.
Our learning hubs are bright and inviting, filled with rich, warm timber resources and innovative educational materials.
Each hub leads out to a wonderful outdoor space, where children can enjoy countless hours of fun on the bike track, in the cubbyhouse, or caring for our edible gardens.Job DescriptionAt Green Leaves Early Learning Centres, we take pride in building innovative and sustainable learning environments in our state-of-the-art, purpose-built centres.About the roleAble to plan, implement and evaluate programs through your strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)Capable to engage children through activities and experiences appropriate for age groups and stages of developmentPrior leadership experience in mentoring educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentationTeam player who is open to different views, receptive to feedback and reflects upon best practiceMature and professional approachExperience working within a Nursery setting and children aged 0-2 yearsOversight to ensure your room is immaculately presented as a welcoming and safe environmentAble to work on rotating shifts, Monday to Friday between 6.30 am – 6.30 pmQualificationsHolds an ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualificationCurrent Working with Children's Check (Blue card)Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain oneCurrent Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain oneThis is a personally rewarding role where you can impact the lives of many, and motivate and inspire fellow educators, children, and their families.
