Business/Systems Analyst (Information & Communication Technology)Full-timeOpportunity to grow within a dynamic and expanding National CompanyMLA Holdings Pty Ltd, the exclusive distributor of Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks and Heli Heavy Forklifts in Australia, is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Systems Analyst to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a team-oriented individual to build a rewarding career with a company committed to innovation and growth.As MLA undergoes a transformative phase, including optimising our Pronto ERP system and enhancing Resource Scheduler and Mobility solutions, this role will be instrumental in improving business processes and driving operational efficiencies.Key Responsibilities:Provide 2nd and 3rd-tier business support on the Pronto application.The go-to technical Pronto specialist for the MLA business on Pronto, in particular, Rental, Facilities Management, Supply Chain and Financial modules.Analyse and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.Lead the optimisation and support of the Pronto system and related business applications.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective system solutions.Provide user support for Pronto, Cognos BI, and other critical systems.Develop and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and business process guidelines.Assist the Head of IT to implement, manage and support key IT projects in areas including Mobility Solutions, Parts Avenue Management, and CRM.Deliver reporting using Cognos BI custom reports, dashboards and reporting tools.Qualifications and Skills Required:Tertiary qualifications in IT.Minimum 3 years experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a Pronto role (Essential)Experience with the Pronto ERP system, including configuration, support, and enhancements.Experience in Pronto Rental, Facilities Management, Supply Chain and Financial modules (Essential)Proven expertise in systems analysis, business process improvement, and project management.Solid understanding of Cognos BI reporting with experience in supporting data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across multiple departments.Initiative and the ability to work independently to achieve results.Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation.About You:You are a detail-oriented problem solver with strong technical expertise and experience in business systems.
