Injury Management & Wellbeing Consultant - Exclusive to Ensure Recruitment 07-1-25 Sydney / Permanent Ensure Recruitment has been exclusively engaged by a global organisation to attract a passionate injury manager to join their Health & Wellbeing team in Sydney.
For you; Secure a role on the employer side Salary up to $115K + Super + benefits Move into an advisory focused role Autonomous role with support to grow your skills Hybrid working : 2-3 days on site Join a company with longevity in employees Ability to work on/manage wellbeing projects Successful global business Work close to home - Western Sydney Onsite parking You will; Provide advice to support workers compensation claims from lodgement through to return to work Attend and support case conferences to achieve return to work outcomes Support the research and implementation of wellbeing initiatives to support the employees Educate and support managers facilitate wellbeing sessions Sound interesting?
Does your background/experience include; Demonstrated workers compensation claims management/injury management experience under the NSW scheme Strong understanding of the claims process and factors affecting return to work outcomes Highly developed influencing and negotiation skills Allied health backgrounds and/or qualifications in personal injury management will be highly regarded Want to know more?
