To meet the needs of our growing professional indemnity practice, a fantastic opportunity has arisen in our Sydney office for a 6+ PAE insurance practitioner to support the work of our dynamic Sydney team.
Working alongside our Sydney Principals, you will be exposed to a variety of insurance matters with a focus on financial lines, including complex coverage, directors' and officers' liability, and professional indemnity insurance. Desired Skills and ExperienceWho are you? Around 6+ years' post admission experienceStrong knowledge and experience in litigation and insurance law, with experience in coverage and financial linesAbility to manage client expectations, advise in policy and complex issues with a practical and client focused approach.Aptitude to run matters autonomously.A clear and concise communication style.A commercial approach and ability to articulate and negotiate effectivelyCoaching and mentoring of lawyersStrong interest in taking your career to the next levelA team player who can collaborate on work and has the skills to coach, mentor and develop junior staff and gains satisfaction from seeing them succeedCandidates can request reasonable adjustments for any part of the recruitment process.
