Job Title: Business Services Officer
Employer: DFP Recruitment Client
Position Type: 6 month Full Time Casual Temporary Contract
Pay Rate: $36.50
Location: Northam, WA 6401
Role Overview: This role involves managing diary and travel arrangements, organizing office equipment maintenance, and handling Purchase Orders for goods and services.
Key Responsibilities: Managing diary and travel arrangementsOrganising maintenance of office equipmentOrganising Purchase Orders for goods and servicesUndertaking financial tasks including processing and data entry of Corporate Credit Cards; and processing and maintaining timely payments of accounts and receipts, petty cash reconciliation.Providing accurate records management functions – creating and maintaining files, following up overdue actions, creating file structures; conducting searches of archive and record retrieval; providing support to region staff in searching TRIM records.Reception functions – switchboard and front counter enquiries, and handling/distributing mail correspondence.Assisting staff with computer troubleshooting and IT equipment.Miscellaneous admin duties.Essential to be successful in this role: Time management – organisation and ability to meet deadlines.Business and administrative processes and practices, including procurement.Effective verbal and written communication.Computer literate, i.e., Microsoft package.Record keeping.Current valid NPC or ability to obtain one.Valid WA 'C' class Drivers License.How to apply: If you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your resume.
