It offers a residential lifestyle and has development consent to operate through to 2039.
About The Role

This role is responsible for the safe and efficient execution of the mine plan through six-month rotations between the OCE and Production Supervisor functions.
In both functions you will directly influence compliance to Bengalla's safety management system through supervision and leadership of permanent and contract workforce.
In This Role, You Will Also Drive the execution of the daily, weekly, and annual operating plansEffectively manage incidents and respond to emergenciesVerify statutory complianceMake production decisions that achieve safety, productivity, and plan complianceDrive crew ownership of safetyContinually identify and implement improvement ideas to enhance process designWhat You'll Need To Be Successful In This Role, You Must Have Must have a current practicing certificate, maintained such that it will be eligible for renewalStrong interpersonal skills supported by proven leadership and team membership skillsAbility to respectfully challenge the status quo and drive performanceProven experience in safety leadership and incident reductionHigh-level judgement, decision-making and problem-solving capability, as well as a professional level of written and oral communication skillsStrong planning and organising skillsProfessional manner and a 'can do' attitudeWhat We Offer
