Mount Hospital is currently seeking a casual Assistant Accountant to work in our small, friendly finance team.
This position reports to an Accountant and will suit the candidate with demonstrated experience working in a dynamic environment with accuracy, attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Key functions include: Preparation of AP invoice processing, vendor managementMonthly journals, balance sheet reconciliationsSundry invoicing, debtors follow-up, credit card allocationsOther ad-hoc tasks as allocatedAbout You: Prior experience in a similar roleAccounts payable and Accounts Receivable experienceDemonstrated ability to work without supervision as well as a part of a teamProficiency with Excel and technology One or equivalent ERP systemTo Apply: Please click on the 'Apply' button to be taken to our online application form.
