against Shift's policies and guidelines whilst delivering excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You will do this with a solution-oriented focus and methodical process whilst operating with a sense of urgency while working in a supportive team environment.
This position offers a valuable opportunity to develop in the field of credit analysis.

QualificationsHow you will make a difference Thorough understanding of the bank statement connection processesA track record of delivering excellent customer service.Skills that set you apart Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.Strong diagnostic and cognitive skillsFamiliar with business/commercial lending productsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Responsibilities / Duties:Assess customers against the appropriate policies and guidelines.Ensure that all data used to assess the credit of a customer is appropriately input to models assessments etc.Liaise with broker customers as appropriate to obtain information.Communicate outcomes to customers and brokers in a clear and professional manner.Additional InformationOur culture You'll have supportive management helping develop your skills with regular catch ups, career development programs and annual reviews.
